     At some point, everyone is affected by how we think, feel, our moods (mix of feelings and emotions), and how we respond to others. Stress, anxiety, feelings of being overwhelmed, despair, helpless, hopeless and depression can prevent us from being able to function in our every day life. This website is a resource tool to help reduce these feelings, improve your mood and increase wellness.  
 
     Learning to cope during these times is very important to our mental, physical, social and emotional wellness. Mental and emotional well-being are essential factors that contribute to overall health. These apps are meant to help individuals LIVE WELL. 
 
     In addition, participation in Leisure and Recreation Activities are necessary for a full and flourishing life. Positive and enjoyable recreation experiences can decrease stress and psychological tensions that can result in achieving desired life outcomes. 
 
*Note: These Apps are not intended to replace traditional therapy or medication treatment by a mental health provider, but can be used to supplement it.
